Everyone involved with Redfern’s had two things in common: they understood gluten intolerances first-hand, and were tired of snacking on gluten-free things that seriously lacked in enjoyment and flavour. Taking matters into their own hands, they set about making snacks that weren’t just organic and gluten-free, but most importantly, an absolute joy to eat.
