The only 100% Fairtrade and farmer-owned chocolate manufacturer in the UK is Divine. The largest shareholder in the company is Kuapa Kokoo, a Ghanaian cooperative of small-scale farmers, with a 44% interest. Divine obtains its ingredients from farmers all over the world, including Fairtrade vanilla from Madagascar and sugar from the Malawian cooperative Kasinthula.
