Please see the table below which shows our simplified our delivery offer;

 Standard MAINLAND Delivery *Select this option if you're not in a hurry to receive your order and we'll use the most efficient delivery method possible. Please note that with larger orders, courier will attempt to obtain a signature as proof of delivery. If this is not possible, parcels will be left with a near by neighbour or delivered to your nominated safe place. For smaller orders we primarily use Royal Mail tracked Service. FREE

We handle a huge amount of orders for our customers every day. These are collected from us in bulk and then transferred to smaller vehicles once they have been sorted at the courier’s central distribution hub. The final destination vehicles may be transit vans or cars, which will in turn deliver on average, 36 orders per day. This hopefully results in less individual car journeys which in turn means you, we collectively are able to do our little bit for the environment.

We’re getting Even More Eco-friendly!

Our regular customer may have noticed we’ve significantly reduced the amount of plastic we’re using in our packaging. We’ve stopped using plastic cling film and in the process of phasing out bubble wrap altogether. Additionally, where ever possible, we have switched to a paper tape.

We always re-use as much packaging as we can. Some of you may notice your parcels coming in reused boxes. Any boxes we can’t use are turned into eco-friendly packing material!


Orders to EU and other countries

Orders to the EU and other countries are sent via Royal Mail, DPD Worldwide or international carriers and incur separate delivery charges.

Please thoroughly check the destination country’s customs regulations. We cannot be held responsible for the tax, customs charges of the destination country.


When do we send out parcels?

Orders placed by 10 pm on day 1 are picked overnight and processed the following day (day 2). Providing all items ordered are in-stock, we dispatch your goods on day 2 and your order should be with you on day 3, 4 or 5. Orders are normally delivered Monday - Friday only between 9 am - 6 pm. If there is a stock availability issue we will email you to inform you and will hold your order for up to 7 days unless you instruct us to do otherwise.

Your order should be with you between 3 to 6 working days after it is placed unless you contact us to let us know that you would like the order to be held for an out of stock item.

Delivery Addresses

It is critically important that the full delivery address is entered correctly including the correct postcode. Couriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postcode are 100% correct. We cannot be held responsible for items lost where an incorrect delivery address has been provided.
