To speed up the healing process, raw honey can be applied topically; alternatively, it can be added to porridge in the morning for flavor or health reasons. Hilltop Honey collaborates with the Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust and donates 5% of the proceeds from their welsh honey to them in order to support bees and other local wildlife. Since it is safe and abundant with wildflowers that are ideal for raw welsh honey, the wildlife trust's property is ideal for bees, and Hilltop Honey also maintains colonies there. One way Hilltop helps bees is through its adopt a bee program, which informs people about the value and nature of bees.
