Billington's (Natural Unrefined Cane Sugar)

The natural molasses of the sugar cane is painstakingly preserved rather than refined out, making Mauritius famous for its unprocessed brown sugars. Billington's started importing premium sugar in 1977. At the moment, Billington's is a member of The Associated British Foods Group. They still place a high value on their sugar's flavor, richness, and natural color as well as their core principles of excellence, integrity, and fair trade.
